An abstract pattern created in Photoshop by sampling a single photograph of the sidewalk.
After about a thousand moves or more in Photoshop, I ended with this pattern which I proceeded to print, cut up, and re-assemble as a collage. The white bars were a finishing touch to create a sense of depth and really challenge the viewers perspective. The finished result is a piece that pulls the viewer in while also pushing them away and creating a distance.
