Refund Policy

No returns allowed, except if a product is determined to be flawed or damaged upon delivery or if the product does not match the size in which you ordered. 

To proceed with a refund request please email info@joeytea.com with a detailed description of why you believe you are entitled to a refund.

If the product is damaged please provide photographs of the item if possible. 

Returns may take up to 14 business days to process.
